Our shared commissary kitchen is a 14,000 square foot facility on James Island, ideally located off Folly Road — 15 minutes to downtown, 5 minutes to Folly Beach and minutes from James Island and Johns Island. Neighbors Commissary Kitchen + Consulting has everything you would expect from a community prep kitchen, plus some bonus features, from state-of-the-art facilities and a secure parking lot with plug-ins for food truck owners to business development tools and consulting to help you grow your business. Designed to support both small and large mobile food businesses, our fee structure offers flexibility, no matter your business needs.
